Order Processing:

Damaged or Lost Packages:
Shairo Trading is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit by the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@shairotrading.com and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Shairo Trading is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
