Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened fragrances or personal care products for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@shairotrading.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@shairotrading.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
